Fundamentals of Family-Owned Business Programme

The objective of this course is to learn how to become better owners beyond the acquisition of knowledge and management tools for family-owned business. Participants need to understand the philosophy of these companies and how to operate their unique management bodies. Different topics will be addressed through case studies of family-owned businesses, which reflect the decisions faced by their owners and senior executives.

Participants will analyze and focus on the unique characteristics of family-owned businesses from the owners and senior management’s approach. Participants will also study how to solve the general and usual problems affecting these types of companies.
